All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times vary based on destination, but most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or periods of high order volume. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, these factors are outside of our control.

• United States: Free standard shipping

At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Hugapup™ is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
